Unlike another reviewer, I didn't think making icecream would be something that you could do in minutes, the nature of the beast is that it has to be frozen and this takes time. There are a few recipes in this book that are duplicated in others of this range, but overall a nice collection.

There's lots of really nice ice cream and sorbet recipes in this book. The recipes are easy to follow and are fairly simple for the most part.

This little book is full of great tasting flavours from the "chocolate" to "Rum and Rasin" there is definetly something for everyone in this great book!There are some major flaws most of the ice creams take a few hours to make plus freezing time. It is also very recomended that you own an ice cream maker as it is very difficult without one.
