Written by and ex RAF person has lots of recipes which use a good basic set of ingredients great for tent camping and also some brekky and pudding ideas. great value for money.

All the recipes in the book are based on a family of four.
I Have made most of them and my family have always said "You can make that again".
I have found the recipes easy to follow and the meals very hearty.
I thoroughly recommend the book and at this price you can't go wrong.
