Has anyone else had problems with the control pad? After only 2 weeks of use the direction button is stuck in one position, and the rumble feature just doesn't rumble.
Amazon said they could only give me a refund of the entire console package and not just replace the controller.
I obviously don't want to return the console as there is nothing wrong with it, and I don't want to be left without my xbox one.
Amazon gave me a link to Microsoft online service centre but although they are willing to replace the controller, it has to be returned to them first and could take more than a month for the replacement to arrive, as it has to be posted to Czhekoslovakia (sorry if mis spelt).
Surely this can't be right! Does anyone know an easier way around this?
I suppose I may just have to buy a new controller so I can keep using the console, then send the broken one back to receive a replacement, but I am really annoyed that I have to spend around another £50 unnecessarily when I could be buying a new game instead.

Did you get it sorted without having to send the whole machine back? Just curious.

Sorry for the delay in replying. No is the simple answer, it was just too much hassle and no guarantee if and when I would receive a replacement, or be reimbursed for the postage to Chekeslovakia. So I just bought a new controller so at least I could play my games. Sorry I couldn't give a more positive answer.
