5.0 out of 5 stars brilliant ending to the series 14 Sep 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Scout has been rescued by Liam and the gang and is on the run from the Alphas with Liam. She barely knows him yet but though circumstance they are thrown together for months on end, as he trains her to take part in the revolution started by his parents and friends that needs leaders to pull together. Its a tricky relationship as Liam grieves for his brother and Scout feels he must blame her for Alex' death. She's not convinced that she is needed to help head the revolution, but on learning what truly happens to female shifters Scout is horrified by the callousness and politics that has permeated the Alpha pack for generations, and she and Liam spearhead the move for change placing lives in danger and yet fulfilling what some see as her destiny and she feels simply a humanitarian necessity. Its a tricky balance as they don't know who they can trust to help them and who willbetray the movement to the Alphas.
Much of the book focusses on Liam and Scout and we learn so much more about their backgrounds and see how they gradually change their feelings about each other. I loved the dream interludes with alex which continue in this book with him guiding her and helping her work through her grief. Shes worried about whats happening to her friends, agonised over Jase allying himself with the alphas, denying her as his sister and putting aside Talley, and trying hard to forgive and help an angry and self recriminating Charlie.
Once again I cried - these books are so well written the characters and events seem real and I stayed reading far far too late unable to stop before i found out what would happen.

A great series if you like adventure and romance to read which will engross and enchant for hours. The whole sereis is in my re read list and excellent value for money.

5.0 out of 5 stars Scouts honour 12 Sep 2012
By Caitkin
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Book 3 and the trilogy ends. Sad to see it finish but I have enjoyed all 3 books and recommend the timber wolves series to fans of shifter stories. This starts with Liam and Scout on the road/run. Liam has always been a rather distant and brooding presence, he barely appeared in book 2 and was fairly sketchy in book 1. Here he is centre stage and much of this book has him and Scout together surviving and preparing for the battle that is destined to come. Not really what I was expecting but I really liked the Scout and Liam show. Again the highlight for me was the dialogue. Tammy's references are very contemporary and very funny. Scouts sassiness is always to the fore, whether she is engaged in verbal sparring with Liam or inner dialogue.

I enjoyed all of that. There are appearances from the rest of the gang but it was less action more character/relationship driven for me. Recommended though if you've read the first 2 books I'm guessing this is an auto buy. If not, buy destiny binds and enjoy.

Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I have read all three book in the Timber Wolves series and they are all spectacular! This was a great and very clever (but quite unexpected!) way to end the series! I love all of the characters and there is not one dull moment in any of the books. This series will keep you hooked from the beginning to the end!

4.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant trilogy 30 Sep 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Hadnt realised this was a trilogy but had somehow during my downloading go the first two books and on finishing immediately got this to finish the set. Shifter stories with a slightly different twist. Good characters who you can relate to. Stayed up way late to finish it - you just have to!
The editing could have been better there are a few grammatical errors and repeat words but not enough to spoil the story (in my opinion).

5.0 out of 5 stars fantastic 17 May 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This was a wonderful trilogy that had me laughing out loud but also crying in places. This book is aimed at teenagers but as woman in her forties and mother of four, I still enjoyed this book and the first two as well.
