Its hard to say if i would give this book between 3 to 4 stars, on the cover it claims lose your fat in weeks, well!!!!!, i have done the fat loss plan, and i can tell you, it does work, i have lost over a stone in 4 weeks, but the reason why i have only give it 3 stars is, i have started doing my own plan after this time, THIS BOOK IS HARDCORE, and as much as you tell yourself, i am going to keep to this book, you can easly come off cource, the excersize becomes everyother day, and it usually involves, 40 min jog, 40 min excersizing, 10 min streaching, that on top of keeping to the menu in the book, you seem to have a small amount of energy,
THE BOOK DOES WORK, and i do recomend it, but dont expect to keep up to the eight weeks, but i must say, i wanted to lose weight, and i have, thanks to the book........

We are really enjoying this fitness / fat loss programme. The food is good and we're not going hungry but in 3 weeks we've both noticed a lot of positive results. As with all programmes it takes a lot of determination to stick with it and more regular shopping trips for things you've never had to shop for before - polenta and quinnoa come to mind. However this book makes losing weight sensible and achievable. We are recommending it to several people but not those with hectic lifestyles where the shopping and cooking/food preparation will be difficult to maintain - you can't prepare all the meals at the weekend either. We've never been healthier.

The book gives you everything you need for losing weight and toning your body. You have meal plans for breaky, lunch and tea plus snacks. You have an exercise regime consisting of walk/runs, resistance exercises and streching. All can be done at home (I even cancelled my gym membership! saving a wad). The only negative about the book is making up the food. I found the resigime did take a lot off time eg exercising and then food preparation. It does however teach you about healthy eating. The new reisime will continue. I am going to do the plan again and move to level two of the exercises.
