This book gave me the motivation, strength, knowledge and confidence to get my body back after giving birth to my first child. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to achieve and maintain better health and physical strength.
I feel stronger, fitter and look great in my old clothes once again.

This book is brilliant if you want to make permanent lifestyle changes to lead a more healthy and active life. The way Nash explains how important this is through his book really makes you WANT to make these changes. The book is set out clearly and I found it very hard to put it down! I have made significant changes to my life due to Nash's advice and seen results and I feel healthier and more pro-active! This books is a must if you are looking for sound advice from a professional, set out in a clear and concise- A BRILLIANT BOOK!! DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

The result of following the advice given in this book:
- my body fat was reduced from over 20% to 11%
- my fat around the inner organs was reduced to a healthy level.
- my waist line decreased form 38 to 32 inches.
This was accomplished in 6 months. I am more healthy, I feel better and I look better. I get compliments all the time from people around me. This book helped me to permanently change my life stile and I love it. The results that I have acheived has inspired my son and my wife to start following the advice given in this book.
