I first owned this video 13 years ago and have used it on and off ever since. The work out is graded for all levels, its in sections which helps you know how long is left and it works!
I bought a new copy in case my old copy dies and only wish someone would make this into a dvd. I have also learnt over time that some members in the studio get bits wrong or have to leave bits out, somehow this only seems to help me stay motivated.
It could be improved by a better choice of music but you do switch off from that after a while. I definately recommend this to anyone.
