This was a really informative little book. For anyone interested in working out to lose weight, I'd highly encourage you to pick this one up. Even if you aren't intersted, it's pretty inspiring and you might be encouraged to get moving by the end of the book.

Four stars because I feel like the author could have expanded a bit on the different workout types and gone into some more detail. But at the same time, I liked that the book was straight to the point and didn't have a lot of extra, unecessary fluff. This is one of those topics that once you have a baseline, a lot more research could be done online if needed. I did appreciate that the author went into some of the science behind weight loss and didn't just focus on the practical aspects.

Great little book here. I specifically liked how it actually explained how fat is lost and about how daily energy expenditure plays a part in the whole deal.

I liked that the book focussed on overall health and not just weight loss. It gave me inspiration to go workout more often and stay healthy.
