This DVD is really brilliant for beginners. I have never done any kind of aerobics and this DVD took me by the hand.
As you can raise the intensity level yourself, it is good for different levels of fitness.
The only thing I am a bit disappointed with is the fact, that once you have learned all the different combos and have done the whole lot put togehter 3 times at the end - that's it!
I thought that once I learned the different combos there will be more chapters where they put the steps together in different ways and keep you moving for 30 minutes or so.
This is not the case. The combos together are about 30 minutes long and to get these 30 minutes workout you have to start as learner every time with the first combo (explained and put slowly together).
Unfortunately that gets very boring.
BUT: I would bye it again just to get into aerobics and it was really good fun up to know. Not to forget that you can choose your level as well - depends how much effort you put into the steps.

I recommend this dvd to anyone who is a beginner to workouts. This workout uses all the basic aerobic moves and also gives you a high impact option when you start to feel at ease with the lower impact. This combined with 15 mins workouts for dummies, this is all you would need 4-5 times a week to get in shape in no time!

I bought this dvd as i need to lose weight but i am too scared to go to proper classes and would much rather do something in my own time and at my own pace and this dvd did not disappoint. there are two different levels so you can increase the intensity of the moves when you feel you need to, not just when someone tells you to! also each move is explained slowly and thoroughly so you can make sure you know what you're supposed to be doing.
the only problem i have with the dvd is that the woman who is demonstrating the move never shuts up! you have to put up with her incessant chatter throughout the whole thing!!!
so overall its a pretty damn good dvd and i would reccommend it just as long as you remember to turn the sound right down!
