"Fat burning foods" is a great book to have in your house. The book will show you 80 foods which
help you burn fat which is great for those either looking to maintain their weight or even lose
it. Some of the foods that are listed are pretty common foods but I wouldn't have thought they
would hep with fat loss which means I can easily add them to my diet.
