My body shape has always puzzled me. Arms and legs just fine but a big fat tummy in the middle. This is what got me to buy this book as in the past becuase of this tum I have even been congraulated on my pregnancy :( For me, this was just what I needed, after reading I felt like it was speaking to me and it prompted me to make a change which I am currently sticking to. Of course most of it is common sense, eat right, excercise and try and live stress free so Id recommend this book if you are prepared to do a little work, you want to understand more about your body and you need a motivation boost.
