Product Description
Comedy inspired by the 1970s animated television series. When Doris (Kyla Pratt), a sad teenager in Philadelphia, turns on a rerun of 'Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids', her tears compel the always-helpful Fat Albert (Kenan Thompson) to jump through the TV screen to her rescue. His friends quickly follow, and to Doris's astonishment, the whole Fat Albert gang magically transforms into real live people right in her living room. Not knowing what to do with her odd new friends, Doris denies having a problem and encourages the boys to jump back into the TV set. But Albert can see that Doris is lonely and is determined to find her some friends. As Albert tries to fix Doris's problem, the rest of the gang tries to adjust to their new, unscripted world. Meanwhile, Albert finds himself falling in love with Doris's foster sister, Lauri (Dania Ramirez). But as soon as the gang begins to enjoy the perks of being real, their brightly coloured outfits start to fade. Taking this as a sign that they do not belong in the real world, the boys decide it's time to go home.

If you liked 'Kenan Thompson' in Kenan and Kel then you will love this!
I cant understand why this DVD has taken so long to be released in the UK. It was released in the US way over a year ago and we did'nt even have a Cinema release (even though the U.S did). I was abit unsure about this film as it wasent a box office title but I was very supprised! This film is definitley one of my favourites now. All the characters are hillarious! Each one of them is unique. The songs in this film are also catchy which are sang by Fat Albert, and I guarantee the 'race' scene will have you in stitches!!
The movie features a guest appearance from Aaron Carter also. This is one of the BEST underrated movies I have ever seen! The whole film, I can asure you will have both young and old gripped from beginning to end.
You must own this movie!

i loved fat albert the cartoon as a child and i love the movie even more. it was a good remake of a childhood cartoon show, i really enjoyed it

If you liked the 'Kenan n Kel Show' you'll love this comedy ++++++++++
