I was surprised at the previous review, which was quite negative. There are some small faults (as mentioned in another review: the first principle of natural computing is natural computing). Our students (non-native English speakers) like it. I think it is suitable for a first, short introduction to Human-Computer Interaction. It includes the important aspects such as UCD, task analysis, cognitive apects, prototyping, evaluation, technology, etc. Many other books provide too many details for students who are not design or IT majors.
