This book is essentially an undergraduates thesis written by a person that doesn't even command the English language at a level that would be sufficient for a business related book. The content is poor and mostly based on a copy/paste exercise from the publications listed in the References section. Note that the book is written with double line spacing and costing at around 50$ per piece yields an incredible 1$ per page ratio which for a recycled paper B&W print is extortional. Trust me, it's not worth the cash nor the time. I't is a clever decision to not provide the 'Search Inside' feature for this book by Amazon as they would have had one less copy sold.
