As the UK Coeliac Society supporting people with gluten intolerance, we welcome the publication of such a book. It is not for the squeamish but it covers the medical aspects in a way that would be suitable for both GPs and coeliacs themselves who want to learn more about the condition. It is concise, clear, well-illustrated and accurate.
