By following the supplied recipe use the large Round Cutter for the base and then choose from the other 3 cookie cutters for either a plain round or shaped top. Once turned out use the Cooling Rack to cool your Mince Pies. To keep clean wash all the components in warm soapy water and dry with a tea towel.

I got this set for a bargain price on amazon so I wasn't really expecting much side but it's very good quality non stick. I think it will be used in our house for any Christmasses to come.
