I find this whisk really useful for beating smaller quantities, such as three eggs for an omelette, chocolate into milk for drinks and so on. It is surprisingly comfortable to hold, even for whisking jobs that take that little bit longer.

Cleaning is reasonably easy; I normally just pop it into the dishwasher. When I beat eggs however, I find that it is beneficial to wash by hand as the egg can sometimes become trapped in the coiled metal, which the dishwasher cannot always take care of.
