A good sized substantial chrome wire cooling rack that I couldn't find in my local hardware store. It is larger than some I have seen, but does fit in my cupboard. Larger ones still would not. Less expensive cooling racks are available, but most lack the substance of this one.
I can just get 2 cakes cut in half on the rack as they await jam and cream.
On the negative side, there were some chrome burrs on the cut ends but this appears to be the case of other racks seen in general stores too. They are easily removed with a file and a handyman if you have one.
I do a fair amount of baking so bought 2 and am not at all unhappy with my purchase.
