A great space saving idea, however, the racks aren't very strong and if you want to stack them whilst cooling your cakes, they dont take very many items because of the legs stacking onto the rack below.
If you use them seperately though, they are very good. Folding flat is a good idea for storage when not in use.

this is brilliant, If you do a lot of baking, It will save space also you can stack them on top of each other than having cooling racks everywhere in the kitchen, especially when the kitchen is small like mine

Really clever idea for a small space
