When i first got this it came in really useful for cooling those freshly made cakes/biscuits.
Sadly, after trying to clean it the 'spot welding' fell apart and the little stands fell rigth off, leaving me with a useless wire rack which the air could not circulate underneath properly, making the cooling process pretty useless.
This then ended up on the scrap metal mans van and i was out of pocket...
If you do a lot of baking and like to keep your equipment clean then stear well clear of this wire mess... i mean mesh...
