I had a pair of Nike Air golf shoes, and the sole and the shoes were separated after two years of use. (Left and right at the same time!)
I have repaired it with this glue and played two rounds on wet condition. Works perfect!
It is slightly difficult to spread it into the gap between the soles and the shoes since the glue is so sticky.
When it is done, you will love it!

I will buy it again.

I bought it to fix my golf shoes that the sole was separated from the shoes. I put enough (almost all of the tube) glue, so it looked tight sealed when I completed the job.
Well, the two rounds of golf were OK, but it was separated again.
I reduced the stars from 5 to 3.

So, it worked, but not perfectly...
Anyone who wish to use it for fixing soles and shoes, I suggest you find better solutions.

Great item, wish I knew about this stuff years ago, as I've been trying to keep my walking boots going with super glue, which is rubbish as it cracks when it bends. But this stuff just bends with the boot - brilliant!

I find that you can't have one glue that fixes everything.
Fantastic elastic is a flexible glue that is almost like
silicone sealant.I use it where there is movement.e.g.
on my car, the roof aerial leaked water.Fantastic elastic
sorted it completely and it is reasonably priced.

it does what is intended if you can get it out of the tube. It is a VERY thick gel

I bought 2 tubes of this on the strength of others reviews but have been very disappointed. Used it to glue the rubber sole of my leather boots back on where it was coming away at the edge. It failed to adhere properly and just rubbed off so I applied it again and it lasted 2 days before the sole parted from the boot again. It may be cheap but save your money for another product.

I needed a strong flexible glue to repair the 'rand', or rubber welt, that goes around my leather walking boots. At first, the result was promising, but this glue is so flexible you can, once it's set, roll it up between finger and thumb as if it were plasticine. So, flexible? Certainly. Strong -- not at all. I would imagine that it works better when the glue is covered completely and compressed. I was trying to use it as a sealant, so perhaps I was the one at fault. That's to say, perhaps it behaves more like rubber-solution glue, as used to fix inner-tube punctures. This is very weak when exposed to air, very strong when compressed and bonded away from air. I'm now looking for a flexible glue that I can repair the rand, or welt of my boots. Any ideas?

I've used this stuff for various repairs including: a headboard vinyl split, as a protective top to a glass jar containing utensils and as a wrap around second, penultimate layer to a broken plastic handbrush handle. It's not the easiest of glues to spread around as it sticks to everything it comes in contact with, but using a slightly wet knife (finger at own risk) it can be smoothed into desired position/shape etc

This product didn't fix the shoes we initially bought the glue for but the shoes were badly made, since this we have used on a pair of boots, to reattach the heel & has successfully repaired them!
