Three episode of my favourite childhood TV series. They were great then and they still are. But why are they great? The stories are realistic enough for children, they wouldn' t convince as adult crimes movies, however. Well, there are always things like "Rebus" videos if you are in the "grown-up" mood.
The actors look like real children and there is hardly any violence unlike in some of the stuff that's on the children's TV nowadays.
In first story the kids have to keep up with a new housekeeper and her family. They are acting quite strangely, so what's their secret? In episode 2, they are camping near a castle, and then George spots a friend of her father's who is said to have betrayed his country. This needs some close-up inspection. In the last episode, the Five are on holiday in Wales, where strange things occur in a nearby house...
