This is a beautiful book full of little vignettes of family life and alot of ideas for making home life beautiful AND functional ( especially for life with children). Lovely binding and cover art.

Anita Kaushal has created a gem of a book which balances between inspiration and practicality. The subtly in her writing, the details captured in the amazing images and the easy design of the layout helps guides the reader through an impressive read. It's refreshing to see an authentic take on trends as Kaushal makes objects which carry stories and values the centre of her spaces. The book covers all areas of family living but always striking the correct balance wherein a parent and child can enjoy simultaneously, a task easier said than done. The book doesn't dictate or push the reader to be someone they're not but rather gives ideas which you can make your own. For example the striking image of the teen girl's wall collage. This idea is to me the apex of personal touch. Anyone young and old can adapt this idea into their own. On the design of the book; whilst maintaining a clean sense of layout, fresh colour palette, it's the cute typography adds a great little detail. In essence great design ideas for the parent who wants to create an authentic and well designed family home. Great investment.

Having read many Home Interior books, and with a young family I found this the best combination of Life style/ Interior book ever. After discovering it at the library I immediately rushed to buy two copies, one for me and one for my sister who also loves it.
