It is so important for children to know about their families and this is a lovely way to get started. The book starts with basic information about family trees, then there are colourful and clearly laid out pages for information about the child, his mother, father and siblings. It then goes on to pages for information about aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. The book is a wonderful way to stimulate discussion with other people - contemporaries and older ones, as it asks about things such as school, work and things remembered from the past. Children can create their own family tree, then there is a useful section on finding out more. A colourful and attractive book which will be a lasting keepsake.

This is an excellent introduction for children to start exploring their family tree. My eldest grand daughter has expressed an interest in my own pursuance of tracing my family and she was thrilled to open this on Christmas Day as part of her Christmas present.

A Fun Family Tree Book For All Ages

This book earned every star in the rating scale shown above. I don't recall the last time I had such fun with an "activity" book. This little book consists of only 24 pages, however each page is filled with clear, easy to read text and plenty of space to fill in your family information. Every page is detailed with fun and colorful illustrations which hold the attention of even the youngest of readers.
This book keeps it simple and easy for all ages to learn about who they are, where they came from and who they are related to.
With ample room to include family photographs, this book is not only fun to fill out, but will also be a keepsake to share with those you love.
