Both my boys (3.5 yrs, 1.5yrs) love wooden Russian Dolls, and I thought this would make a great Xmas present for the younger. It's a great idea in terms of durability, but poorly executed. Each doll is just not sufficiently different in size to the next - it is hard to fit the doll bases inside one another and the heads do fit over without a lot of squashing and squeezing. My kids have quickly become frustrated with it and now it languishes ignored, whilst the wooden dolls are played with daily.
