This book actually looks at the causes of food types and the do and don'ts. Unlike others that focus on symptons and are almost identical to each other. by elimanting certain food types, not only does the body undergo a detox regime, but you also lose weight.

The only downside is that youo get craving pangs!!

Had the book for a few weeks, read it and eventually got round to doing one of the plans. Originally I tried to do the Juicing detox which is the most extreme but I only lasted a day. The following day I started one of the easier ones which allows you to eat food! By the end of the week I had lost 7 pounds! Not exaggerating!! And I wasn't hungry. And I didn't have alot to lose either. I was only 1/2 stone over my ideal weight. I semi kept it up for a while, once I realised what my intolerance was I just eliminated it from my diet. It has taken a year for the weight to come back (after many months of abuse. Loads of sugar and wine which isn't good when your yeast intolerant). Now I'm back where I started and am desperately eager to do the same detox plan again. I know I'll lose the 7 pounds quickly so i'm not sweating it!! Highly recommended

This book will make you realise that its not just fat you should be concerned about, but on living healthy. You will never think of yourself as fat, never waste time on caloric diets and most important you will lose weight and look good.
