Just had the pleasure of watching this on Netflix. it's a really good romcom. What made it special for me is the number of times the dialogue is in Chinese for over five minutes at a time with no explanation of what had been said. I applaud the confidence of the filmmaker (who is also the star and director) to take such an unusual decision. This film deserves your attention!

I admire Fay Ann Lee for sticking to her script and producing the movie by herself, even if it took a little longer. I admire her as a film-maker.
The movie was cute, funny and starred some great actors! It's a great movie to watch with friends or family, if you're looking for something easy to watch but a little different than usual.

The only thing I'm going to say is congratulations. If really this is the first movie for Fay Ann Lee as a director, writter,... She did a good job. I'm not a big fan of romantic movies but I really had a good time watching it. There is a good dialogue, good jockes and the actors are really good. We can see another good performance of Gale Harold. He's a good actor. By the way Grace's parents are really funny.
