I had not owned a pair of long handled garden shears before, having always used the short handled variety, so I wasn't sure how I would get on with these. I chose this particular pair because I knew the make and they were a reasonable price. After a bit of trial and error I managed to produce good edges with them, as they had well shaped blades, that were set at exactly the right angle to produce precise clean cuts. The only thing that stopped me giving these shears 5 stars is that they are quite heavy, and being a lady gardener I found my arms were very tired by the time I had completed all my edges!

On the very first outing of these shears, the handle came adrift from the blade and had to be fixed with superglue!! OK after that
A great pair of garden shears ideal for trimming to perfection the edge of lawns. No fuss, no back pain just perfect edging every time. A great investment for a great looking garden.
