Used this weekend and cuts like a hot knife through butter,no effort required only thing not so good holding pin to lock blade in place, nearly came out apart from that very good.

You`d be suprised at just how handy these little folding saws can be. I have a similar one which has been lying in the garden for quite some years now and is still working just fine. I have bought other outdoor tools from Amazon before so I can fully say that you should buy this tool from here. Its heavy blade style certainly helps it maintain an edge even after getting some good wear and tear. Weather you need to chop, lop or cut something, this is the tool for you. the only drawback [which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5] is that the hinge can get a bit rusty and stiff after alot of weathering, so try and take care of it despite what I said. So if you have any kind of garden, this is one of the best tools money can buy!

Not a very useful tool in my opinion as it was difficult to use owing to the saw binding on the cut wood. I have used much better pruning saws that cut on the pull stroke.

quality item, very sharp, good feel to it.

It can cut up to 4 inch diameter no problem, took me a few uses to get used to cutting on the pull stroke.

No complaints ...

This is a strong little saw, considering its price, have cut some pretty hefty branches with it. Handle very comfortable to grip, would certainly recommend.

It`s certainly bigger than I thought, I`d pictured something about the size of a pocket knife, but the blade on this is about seven/eight inches long and will do more than "prune" - it`s a perfect mini-saw. The fold away nature of the blade is good, and tidy, but the body of the saw is plastic and not the heavy-duty, unbreakable stuff. I`m not complaining though, as this is a silly price - local garden centres are, as other reviews have noted, adding at least a tenner to the price.

I did not find the saw particually sharp! Plus, because the blade was folding the
blade moves from side to side
