Take an excellent book and add to it the voices of Terry Jones (the Author), Michael Horden, Joan Greenwood, Bob Hoskins, Neil Innis, Helen Mirren, and Tim Rice to improve it.
I really enjoyed this - and unusually found that the Narration improved my memory of the story. My daughters where entranced and still go back to listen again and again.
Two negatives spring to mind - my daughters stayed awake on a recent long car journey (when we would have preferred them to sleep) because of the stories and it sets a standard difficult to follow.

I bought this product as a xmas pressie for my daughter by a well known author whose books I read as a young girl, the stories are read with much clarity and fun that my daughter loves to listen to at night. Well worth buying for your story book collection if you are a busy working parent who is sometimes too tired to read to your child on a daily basis.
