After a long Fourth Apprentice which took a while to get into, I couldn't wait to read what happened next. I really wanted to be pulled straight into the story this time, and that was exactly what I got! The series really started to kick off here, and was full of all the usual Warriors ingredients- death, injury, and a great big battle! The ending was such a cliffhanger, and I am eagerly waiting for Night Whispers, the third book!

this is where we get to see some ivypaw in action! every cat, jayfeather, lionblaze, leafpool, squirrelfligh, dovepaw and more all seem to have secrets. now more secrets from tigerheart to ivypaw, are rising. a must read, exept the end is rather quick in my taste
