This little book is a real eye opener, it realy will make you think twice about all sorts of things from just how much water is needed to grow 1kg of coffee to the pain and suffering some chickens go through for fast food outlets if you,ll parden the pun its food for thought!

Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
A little outdated now (published 2007) But very informative and easy to read. A great place to start if you're interested in learning more about what you eat. Some of the facts have a big shock factor!
