By A Customer
Format:Paperback
Although this book states it is an introduction, you will have to have a very good grasp about both facilities and business terms. He speaks to the reader as if the reader already knows what he is talking about! This book is not for anyone who has no knowledge of facilities management or of business in general. It is good for those who have a good understanding and grounding in both of these fields.

A book still useful in today's application 29 Oct 2000
By Chin Keung So - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
It is a very useful book with keynote paper per topic. The content as in 1996 is still useful in nowaday's life. It also lists out an excellent further reading list.
