I am amazed in this day and age that almost a year after the paper version of this book was updated to the 2nd edition that the ebook links to the old edition. I purchased the 1st edition ebook which was amazing. But now we wait in the dark ages for the release of the 2nd edition ebook. Don't bother looking for the Kindle version because it isn't there. There isn't even a link where you can put in a request for it to be published as with other paper books that don't have an ebook. How long does it take?
