We had been having power surges almost every day...the result as we all know is a nightmare with electrical goods especially the computer. Since buying the surge protected extension lead we have not had any problems with out computer/fax/phone. Plan to buy a few more for other large expensive electrical items. Peace at last instead of dread when I switched on!
