Finding the Still Point
I have read the first few chapters of this book and skimmed the rest. I constantly use as a 'ready reckoner' the charts on 'High and Low Moods'. I have found it to be an excellent resource. The editing of the text is very poor and is in danger of causing a questioning of the book's value; but don't be put off, its value remains. For me the only caution I would give is to say, beware of making it an inflexible cognitive behavioural tool.

I have found this most helpful - both from a personal and from a professional point of view.
The pastor/practitioner will find much to sustain him/her and people that have suffered depression may find comfort and help in its pages.
