This dvd does cover most of the greatest goals, great saves etc in various top tens.I was dissapointed that not enough was shown on the Dutch team of 1974 ie there is little footage of their games with Argentina and with Brazil. Another fault i found with this dvd was that at certain times instead of just being shown the chosen highlight the makers have decided to add pointless media graphics over the top of the highlight there by in my opinion ruining it.

Another thing missing from this dvd was in depth coverage of the Italy v Brazil game from the 1982 world cup which has gone down as one of the greatest ever matches ever played in the world cup.

This dvd would be useful for someone who has never seen any world cup classic goals and such before but if you have then most of what is on offer here is nothing you havent seen before on tv.

On the whole this dvd is okay for the current price but i feel the makers could have gone more in depth on certain things and cut out the pointless media graphics.

A thoroughly enjoyable DVd giving the viewer a unique insight into the Fifa World Cup. There are plenty of great moments one of my personal favourites was the review of the great Dutch Side of 1974, also included were some of the great strikes of the Fifa World Cup including Maradona and Pele's great header in the 1970 World Cup Final. Also included is a very interesting feature on the 1930 World Cup Final with scenes and the build up and unique footage of the actual final in colour!! Apparantly Fifa asked a company in Britain to restore the film which had been lost and was found only recently.

My only criticism of the DVD is that there is a little too much on stuff like Futsal. But that aside it is certainly one of the best DVD's that I have seen on the Fifa World Cup.

Almost comprehensive 22 Dec 2006
Format:DVD
A very well put together collection of highlights. I like the way it has all been broken down and categorised.

Pretty much everything of importance is here. Sure, there is not a huge amount of early footage, but that tends to be unwatchable anyway, so is not a problem for me.

Very enjoyable to watch, expecially the top 10 goal sections.
