Product Description

Review

′The great merit of this book is that [it] assimilates the complexities of the form and focuses upon the practicalities.′ Arbitration

′One of the great virtues of the book is that it is almost a work on construction law and practice in the international sphere....It is quite common for books to be described as indispensable but that is an apt description of what looks to be a classic text. It is also remarkably good value for money.′ Judge Humphrey Lloyd QC, International Construction Law Review, 2005.

Arbitration 2005

A pleasure to read... very good value for money.

Format:Hardcover
This book can simply be regarded as indispensable reference material for international users of the FIDIC forms of contract including engineers, lawyers and stakeholders in the construction industry.

Mr Bunni has successfully broken down and simplified the complexities, discrepancies and nuances of the FIDIC conditions in a structured and readable format thereby enhancing its practical usage for our times and dare I say the forseeable future.

A Comprehensive Text 11 April 2010
Format:Hardcover
This work covers in some detail not only FIDIC Forms of Contract but the background to their development. There is also some useful information on civil/common law aspects. Difficult to make a work of this nature interesting. Likely to be useful to students studying these forms of contract. Practicioners may find it's more useful as a reference work.
