The FBI is brilliant! If Amazon did 90 stars I’d give it one for every day of the programme. This book is second only to having Steve Halls as a coach, and with the same practical realistic approach and a touch of the humour. Many people will benefit from this book with its mixture of advice on food, lifestyle and exercise along with a structured exercise programme you can adapt to suit your situation. I found good reminders of what I know and forget as well as new information. Just imagine how much money you’ll save by buying this book and following the exercise programme instead of paying for a gym membership, or how much more effective your gym membership will be... either way it’s an excellent companion that will help you make the transition from couch potato to your fittest state in three months.

Congratulations Steve on producing a really good guide to fitness. This book contains everything you need to know to get yourself healthy and to stay that way - good for able bodied and for those with physical limitations as well. It's an inspiring and practical reference book, and fun too - worth its weight in gold. Thank you - I am really pleased with it.

If you care about your health then you will make sure you own a copy of the Fit Body Inititive. Steve Halls really knows what he is talking about here. He demonstrates a sound knowledge of health, the mechanics of the body and also nutrition. This book will become a best seller, I am sure.
