How to Use:

F.A.S.T. shampoo and conditioner must be used as a set. For best results, use daily for 1 month. Users can expect to see an increase in the rate of hair growth by up to 45%--so if your hair normally grows 1 inch a month, with F.A.S.T, you may see an increase up to 1.5 inches. There is absolutely no harm in using F.A.S.T daily. In fact, it is recommended to wash your hair daily if you want to ensure your hair receives daily nutrition for healthy hair growth.
