A wonderful, relaxing way to steam your face. Much better than prevoius steamers used as it feels so comfrotable rather than placing your face inside a 'mask shaped thing.' Can also use it to steam other areas -I have used it on my back & arms. People have commented that my skin looks more radiant, I suffer from spots and this has really helped my skin
Good product, gets the job done as specified on the box.I recommend it for anyone who needs to get a quick facial at home, small businesses may find it useful too as has similar function to steam machines one finds in big spas.

I bought this item as a gift for my daughter who is training to be a beautician. The item is of faulty manufacture. It will not assemble because the parts don't fit together. The fault is obvious and the vendor must be well aware that the merchandise is not fit for purpose. I had a lot of trouble returning the item, which I had to do at my own expense, and the vendor did not reimburse the full amount that the item cost. I think it's a scam and that the vendor hopes to get away with selling faulty goods because people will not go through all the hassle of complaining and returning for £33. Amazon do themselves no favours in accepting third party vendors of this type, I won't buy from a third party through Amazon again.
