Product Description

To say F**k It feels good. To stop struggling and finally do what you wish . . . to ignore what everyone is telling you and just go your own way . . . feels really great. In this inspiring and humorous book, John C. Parkin suggests that saying F**k It is the perfect Western expression of the Eastern spiritual concept of letting go, giving up, and finding real freedom by realizing that things don’t matter so much (if at all). It’s a spiritual way that doesn’t require chanting, meditating, or wearing sandals. And it’s the very power of this modern-day profanity that makes it perfect for shaking us Westerners out of the stress and anxiety that dominate our daily lives. So, find out how to say F**k It to all your problems and concerns. Say F**k It to all the “shoulds” in your life, and finally do what you want—no matter what other people think!

This is a very good book for those of us who have too much of a conscience and who try far too hard to do it all right all the time.It makes you feel really good reading this book. The ideas are written very simply and its easy to see how to adapt the same attitude into your daily life. Its fun to read with humourus comments and a light-hearted approach is just what we need in life.Buy it if you feel the need to say the phrase or if you just have problems letting go-this book is all you need to guide yourself into a relaxed and stress free way of life.

I was a little sceptical of this book from the title and I nearly gave up in first couple of chapters but once I got into it I loved it and read it super quick. Life would be so much less stressful if we all said F-it and stopped worrying about EVERYTHING. Its defo one of those books I would read again and again for inspiration.

I brought this book whilst I was travelling across eastern Europe, and found it to be a valuable resource in the quest to help me 'find myself'.

John Parkin is an absolutely fantastic writer, and has a great sense of humour throughout the book. Talking about some funny anecdotes with his wife, and friends to make the book relevant on a number of different levels.
I enjoy having this in my bookcase because it always attracts attention, due to the nature of the title, but whilst at first can get some funny looks, on closer inspection, nearly all the people I've leant it to have said the same as me. Its informative, its fun, its realistic, and its helpful. Probably one of the funniest useful self-help books that I've come across.

Thanks Mr Parkin for making my travelling days a little more humorous!

One of the best self-help books I've read
If you only read one 'self-help' book it has to be this - practical, no mumbo-jumbo and funny! A must read - will be recommending it to my yoga students.
