I've used F-Secure Internet Security for many years and recommend it to my friends, the 2012 version is just as good as the previous ones. It has an almost identical interface to last year, not that that's a problem though as i like the straight-forward look of it and it's easy to see what's what. I had no problem installing and I haven't had any problems with viruses at all to date.
It is the first time i have installed F-Secure security on my mobile as well but this was pretty straight forward to set up and seems to be working fine. Would have been better if the mobile security covered 3 phones but for the price it is great value for money!

I was due to renew my PC security software, so thought I'd give this a try. No problems installing, and it seems to be working well in the background, constantly updating and protecting my PC. Unlike some other security software I've tried in the past, this one is easy to understand and can also cover your mobile connections. Unintrusive and does the job its meant to. Recommended...

I had mixed expectations about this, especially as the market is flooded with anti-virus software packages so its kinda like a minefield now.
This is more toward the budget end anti-virus packages, so i wasnt expecting it to be an all bells and whistles program but after installing it im quite impressed.
Its interface is as most say dated, but i prefer to see it as more basic than anything, a bit more simple. Its laid out in a simple easy to navigate fashion, most of the main screen gives all the info your gonna need if your only wanting it to do its job and tell you nothing too taxing. The security status screen for example will simply list what it does, ie Firewall, Web protection and all that, giving a green "enabled" next to it so you know its working, nothing more realy.
After using it for a short time, i definately feel its for those who want a reliable but not over the top anti-virus package to do its job and not bombard you with information every time you sneeze.

This proved to be a pleasant surprise. The interface looks rather old-fashioned and has a few irritations but is usable enough and there's nothing to cause problems. In any case, few users will access the interface very often, as the default settings seem spot-on. What matters most is that the software installs easily, runs with minimal overhead and appears to do a first-rate job.
The suite includes email scanning (did a good job, picking up most spam with few false positives), comprehensive-looking parental controls (I didn't actually use them) and a dodgy-website spotter, so is pretty complete.
Given that this version also offers Android phone protection which was equally easy to install, it seems something of a bargain. I'd have no qualms about recommending it.

F-Secure is a name you can trust in this field, and I liked the idea of having cover for 3 PCs and 1 mobile - a well-thought out product offer, and at a reasonable price. Easy to install software, no hogging of resources, works away in the background - all good so far.

The secirity provided by F-Secure in this package is of their usual high quality. The real bonus here though comes from the mobile security which you can add to your smartphone or tablet device by connecting it to your computer. The Mobile software is easy to use and monitor and does not slow down my portabvle device - a great buy.

This security package proved easy to install on my Windows 7 machines. It's designed with a nice simple interface which keeps things uncomplicated but still allows some settings to be changed if necessary. In practice it seems to work well enough and I haven't noticed any deterioration in the performance of my computer. I previously used F-Secure some years ago after recommendations from some IT professionals that I knew and I'm pleased to say that the package still seems as good as it did then.
I like the fact that the package is for three computers as most homes now seem to have more than one, and the additional feature of protection for a smartphone or tablet is good too although it is worth noting that this service is also provided free by other major security software makers such as AVG.
