Good solid, well made pan and good value. Handle seems to be meant to be screwed on, which means the grill door on my cooker can't be closed with the handle fixed in place.
You slide the handle in from the side and four lugs, plus the main one on top, hold it pretty securely in place without the screw. You could then remove it again after cooking.
I don't know if this is meant as an optional thing and it would be a bit fiddly to fit on a hot pan. As long as it's fitted before cooking it should be fine.
