5.0 out of 5 stars An informative and enjoyable read, 22 Jun 2001
By dost@supanet.com (Hertfordshire) - See all my reviews
An essential introduction, useful to both those studying this period of history and those reading for interest. The book details events from the Montgomery Bus Boycott to the Selma-Montgomery march in an easy to follow, chronological order. By combining factual information with contemporary, and often personal extracts, Eyes on the Prize makes a very memorable read.
