It fits nicely and tight..
You can tell the rubber is not as soft as the original but if I didn't know... I'd say it's the original part.

After my son inadvertantly lost the eye piece from my eos 450d I decided to search the internet to find another.
Canon genuine replacements were expensive so when I saw these on amazon I decided that they were cheap enough if I lost them to replace them again so I bought 3 but it seems that the other two may be redundant , the fit seems tighter than the canon and I would recommend these to all canon users

CANON EYEPIECE
This eyepiece is by far better than the original which was fitted to my new camera. It fits a lot tighter and looks good as well. Very good value for the price.

Canon Eyecup Replacement
This is the second eyecup I've had to buy for my camera. These replacements are a tighter fit and just as good quality as the far more expensive Canon replacement.

Great quality and prompt delivery
The eyecup for my old Canon D350 was broken, and I had to replace it - so I ordered a new one. It was great quality and was promptly delivered. Nothing more to say about it :-)

Not the original but does it matter?
Fits and does the job. Your eye doesn't know it's not original. One star off, because I can't see how the cost can be £4.99 even after overheads. Beggars can't be choosers I guess.
