Best tasting protein shake i have had, good value for money. Recommended daily consumption is 200g - 300g so runs out quickly if you follow the guideline.

It comes in a very resistant bag not a tub like shown but sure go buy a empty tub for a quid and your good to go.
Im scrawny and tall. 78kg and 6ft6 to be precise, well that was until I bought this. I used to watch documentary after documentary about "Its a lie" and "It really works" and I didn't really know to believe so I decided, screw their opinions, you know what i'll try it myself. I went from 78kg to 83.5kg which is quite alot. I went to the gym constantly and never put on weight before I bought this product. I would defintley recommend this product.
Follow instructions on the bag. Don't through them out.

I first purchased this shake as it was cheap. It is very tasty and it has really helped with my training, I have lost quite a bit of body fat and I am gaining muscle, without this i would definitely be progressing slower than what I am. delivery is free and i usually get it within 2 days. love the stuff
