Extreme Sports is the first book ever to catalogue and describe the mad, mad world of extreme or adrenalin sports. The higher-profile sports will receive up to eight pages, covering advice on clothing and equipment, all the trick manoeuvres, the classic venues and safety tips and hints. Other sports where participation is growing rapidly, receive more than adequate coverage as well.

This is a book to just pick up and put down whenever you want someting to read. It can be read in any order as each sport has its own small section. Sports are listed into one of three categories Air, land and watersports and are easy to find with a good contents page at the start of the book.
The photographs in the book are awesome and at the start of each section there are also contact details for major associations and clubs within all the major sports for that section. Useful if you particularly want to start one of the sports.
