Ten proper, truly scary supernatural tales, for those who have already read similar tales before. 'The Whistling Room' still gives me a chill. So much better than the routine silly special effects loaded fodder you get on the cinema these days. Read them at night, alone, in a lonely house....great!

To me this book is a masterpiece of classic horror that builds slowly and sucker punches you when you lease expect it. Thoroughly enjoyed it and well worth the price!
