Given the comments below, which almost put me off, I just wanted to let others know that we were extremely satisfied with the service. We encountered no problems with ordering or delivery - in fact it arrived within a few days of purchase. The bed itself is perfect for our German Shepherd, who has painful hips and we immediately noticed an improvement in ease of getting up from lying position and comfort when sleeping / relaxing. You can feel the texture squish as you put pressure on it, which doesn't sink through to the floor, so no more achey bones! The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 was because of the price in comparison to others, but as we are so pleased with the product and have no negative comments, I guess you pay for what you get!

I loved this dog bed and wanted to get one along with extra covers. Great i thought, just go through the process and place the order. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! It cant(wont) be shipped to Europe WHY? In this day and age i would have thought buyers of anything would be gratefully recieved and seeing as the buyer is paying for the postage what difference does it make. What is even worse is that the only orthopedic dog beds advertised on Amazon are all from this company Extra Comfort. So, not only do they not ship outside the UK they have the monopoly on this website. I hope that other companies offering this type of bed will get to hear about this and offer their products online with European postage as an option.
